Refund policy
We're so sorry that your purchase wasn't perfect.
Please log into your account and submit your return request from your "Orders" page. If you do not already have an account, then create an account using the same email that you used to purchase the item you'd like to return.

Before submitting a return request, take a look at these guidelines:
- Gift cards, apparel, and custom items are not eligible for return
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of item delivery on a case by case basis
- Item must be unworn and in resalable condition-no marks, chips, stains or breaks
- After your return has been conditionally approved, a label will be emailed and you must ship the item back within 7 days
- Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and has passed inspection
