Order processing
Non-custom orders are processed within 10 business days excluding federally recognized holidays. Custom orders are given individual fulfillment quotes based on the complexity of the request. All orders will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 14 days of receipt. Most orders arrive to the customer within 20 days. Please note that once your order ships, I am no longer responsible for the item and I have no influence or additional information other than what is provided by the USPS tracking number page. Should your package be lost in transit, I will work with you on getting a replacement.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to production oversight, please take photos of the defect, describe the issue by email, and send to info@hippieadjacent.com. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping please take photos of the item(s) and the shipping box. Please then send both along with a brief description to info@hippieadjacent.com.
